RE-Y-STONE® is 100% organic, low-emission and petrol free and is able to combine functionality with the highest aesthetic standards and emotional design. Recycled core and decorative paper and a natural resin, produced from the waste of sugar production, RE-Y-STONE® is produced as hard, durable, high mechanical strength, dimensionally stable panel with solid surface.
Complete homogeneous, in deep black and warm brown colors, the RE-Y-STONE® shows on its surface the many faces of nature, and seems still modern. Provide color decorative paper recycled or organic materials; structure is formed based on organically grown fibers, and the original reliefs pristine natural phenomena in unprecedented depth structure.
RE-Y-STONE® boards are large boards with a hardwearing surface and homogenous, closed cutting edges. In thicknesses below 3 mm, the biocomposite board can be glued to substrate materials. In greater material thicknesses, i.e. more than 5 mm, the boards show outstanding dimensional stability and flexural resistance, making them self-supporting. The material also has the advantage of a high degree of flexural rigidify due to its high modulus of elasticity.
Also at the end of the long life of RE-Y-STONE® convinced ecological. Due to its high calorific value, it is suitable for CO2-neutral energy recovery as well as for re-use as filler in so-called wood-plastic composites.
