Even if Colette seems like every other independent store, the French mother of all trend boutiques located in the heart of Paris’ shopping hub, Rue Saint Honoré, has become a veritable lifestyle empire. The store has its own perfume, “L’air de colette”, its own music collections, put together by DJ Michael Gaubert, and even sells food, as long as its as stylish as the organic olive oil “La Amarilla De Ronda” whose bottle was designed by no less than Phillippe Starck.

The list of labels carried by Colette is long and immense; Allegri by Viktor & Rolf, Bless, Burberry Prorsum, Eva Herzigova, Jeremy Scott and Y3 just to name a few. Even the t-shirt companies listed are impressive, Fucking Awesome, Goodenough and Heroin and Ice Cream. Colette regularly collaborates with new designers and offers the limited special editions for sale. When Scarlett Johansson decides to work with Reebok, you can be sure that Colette will carry the line.
