POP-UP! Louis Vuitton pop-up store 2011, Cannes

Louis Vuitton opens a pop-up store on the Croisette during the 64th Cannes Film Festival. The shop which is inspired by the world of cinema will host the evening Cocktail Party By The Pool and Large Iconic Evening Dinner. They will introduce ready-to-wear collections, a selection of accessories, watches and jewellery.

Lights and screens have been specially created for celebration in the shop and in a lush garden. One wall is adorned with a drawing of a particular range that recalls the film In The Mood For Love, and the spring-summer 2011 collection, inspired by Asia.

Entering into the world of cinema by opening its shop, the House had also dressed actresses Léa Seydoux and Louise Bourgoin for the Festival de Cannes in 2010. The pop-up store will be open from May to August 2011.
