Aveda Lifestyle Salon Spa by Reis Design, London

June 14th, 2012 by retail design blog

Following the success of the design work completed for the Leeds salon, award winning stylist Gary Ingham asked Reis design to realize his dreams in his new salon in Hampstead, London. The designers took a simple approach in the treatment of the space, exposing existing architectural elements and introducing a palette of natural materials that includes a ‘community table’ made from driftwood.

The designers also sourced specialist tiles that are used on London’s tube network to give the salon a distinct ’London’ feel. The salon & Spa comprises an Aveda retail area, 18 cutting stations, 6 backwash chairs with massage facility and 3 beauty therapy rooms.
