Deiglig Bakeri brand identity by Mission

June 19th, 2012 by retail design blog

A remix of the traditional French Bakery was the inspiration behind Mission’s brand identity for Deiglig. With local competition from global convenience stores and premium Patisseries, we aimed to carve out a new position by creating a welcoming place to hang-out for the local student community.

In true Mission style we went for a simple solution using one single font (cut in-house), to brand all material. The font was used for messaging throughout the environment to reflect the hospitality of the brand. “The identity, the interior and “Deiglige bakevarer” succeed in giving students and staff at the Fredrikke building an ambience which has brought smiles and laughter to this corner of the the campus.” Alain Clérambault CEO Studentkafeene.
