Idrisi boutique by lagranja design, Bilbao – Spain

August 6th, 2012 by retail design blog

In a world of mono brand shops and department stores there are still some real Boutiques around! Idrisi is probably one of the best in northern Spain, offering to select customers a great selection of Italian and French fashion brands such Prada, Gucci, Yves Saint Laurent and Dior…

The refurbishment of this tiny space packed full of beautiful clothes, shoes and accessories posed a real challenge for lagranja’s team. “We chose to go for a simple, warm, grey space using oak and plaster. A neutral scenario for furniture and clothes.”

Along the perimeter the clothes hang from a shelf. An entire wall is covered with backlit mirrors amplifying the perception of the narrow ground floor. Tables and counter are real jewels. Designed and manufactured as unique pieces for Idrisi in the shape of cages or as a huge crumpled aluminum sheet. Don’t miss it!
