Bayer trade fair stand by Walbert-Schmitz, Dusseldorf – Germany

October 30th, 2012 by retail design blog

Challenge/Aims:
Development of an independent brand presentation conveys a concept of transparency and openness and creates communication areas with an inviting feeling. The VisionWorks optics is to be reflected in the fair stand. Its design, however, should not take away from the exhibits.

Idea/Realization:
A distinguishing feature of this generous architectural design is the semi-transparent cubic sufaces and figures which are colour-coded accoring to themes. They create a museum-like area of experience which encourages visitors to take time to view the exhibits. At the same time a distinctive Bayer MaterialScience environment can be seen -even from afar.
