Iosselliani’s very first New York City flagship opened this Sunday at 4 West 29th Street, right in the heart of the burgeoning NoMad neighborhood near Opening Ceremony at Ace Hotel and Maison Kitsune. The interior of the shop is clean, sleek, and minimal, with the exception of its one large focal point: a massive King Kong statue, situated smack dab between a set of lush red curtains.

Though the boutique is only days old, the brand’s designers Roberta Paolucci and Paolo Giacomelli have already let on that there are plans for a second U.S. shop, which they hope to open soon. However, there’s no word yet as to where they’re considering, or whether it’ll also come with a primate.
