Vilu Light by Studio gt2P for Den Herder Production House

April 9th, 2013 by retail design blog

The story behind the Vilu Light collection is from an old Chilean Myth about two gigantic snakes battling over a piece of land. After battle, when the smoke had cleared, islands were all that was left. Although not your typical bedtime story, gt2P found their inspiration for the Vilu Lights in the image of these islands. Bringing together old and new, digital techniques and craftmanship, to form this new collection. Studio gt2P is a Chilean architecture studio crossing over to furniture and experimenting with digital crafting.
