Three Wise Men Pendants by Samuel Chan for Channels

April 22nd, 2013 by retail design blog

One of the new designs Channels is launching in Milan 2013 is a trio of pendant lights called Three Wise Men. Designed by Samuel Chan, they are a fine expression of the way he combines contemporary design with classic wood craft.

Each of the Three Wise Men pendants is carefully turned from solid American white oak or American black walnut, creating the rounded form tapering up to a slender neck. Available in three shapes, and in standard or large sizes, the pendants can be used individually or as a group. The lamp fitting used is an E27 LED bulb, which gives a warm focussed light with minimal heat, and a gold jewel-like glow on the inner surface.
