David Maundrell, founder and president of aptsandlofts.com, had a very distinct idea for the company’s second store front. As the go-to Brooklyn brokerage, Dave wanted to keep all aspects of the new office Brooklyn-related while executing his vision of a sleek and professional office space. Dave chose to completely design the Cobble Hill office from local Brooklyn businesses, not only providing business to the borough he was born and raised in, but keeping his company tied to Brooklyn.

aptsandlofts.com’s second street-level office, a 2,000 sq. ft. space at 236 Court St., has many detail-oriented finishes, including Flavor Paper wall paper, Flor carpet and tile, A. Fine reclaimed wood accent walls and PureKitchen custom desks. Previously a grocery store, the space required an extensive build-out to be transformed into a real estate office.
