Chanel pearl windows, Singapore

August 29th, 2013 by retail design blog

Pearls are one of the iconic objects from Chanel that become the favorite of Coco Chanel herself when it comes to jewelries. She was famous to wear rows of pearls necklace while wearing her, also infamous, boyish tweed jacket. This iconic object is now becoming the main attention in Chanel window display. Rows of pearls are holding some jackets or dresses from Spring/Summer 2013 that use many pearls as decorations.

A display corner at Chanel Takashimaya Ngee Ann City  even shows a dressing table full with pearls baubles necklaces and chokers. Those beautiful pearls are accompanied by wardrobe and the aforementioned dressing table made of neon lamps. The result is a very modern and futuristic display yet still has the classic essential of Chanel.
