BARBACOA restaurant & bar is located in the historical center of Odessa, on Deribasovskaya str. The planning has been solved in three levels. The main technological feature of the restaurant is the open kitchen at the main level with Japanese grill robata and tandoori, both for preparation meat and fish dishes in oriental style. The seating is generally European-type sofas with armchairs of two colors.

The walls of the main floor are finished with decorative plaster simulating the concrete wall, tinted with beige paint. One of the main walls is made of wooden plates of natural beech, fitted on transparent frame with led lights. Geometrical composition of Murano glass plates, creates a warm spot on the opposite wall. Red tempered glass is also presented in mezzanine and is the material for the entrance tambour.

The staircase to mezzanine is fitted between black pipe metal wall lighted with led spots. A lot of screens, made from beech plywood and painted black lacquer, with oriental ornamentation are used throughout the whole restaurant. The facade awnings with restaurant logo protect windows from the southern sun. Underneath the windows, there are metal trays for gardening and decorative classical vases in metal frame on the sides.
