Arcstream AV worked with JB Communications to create and install a range of interactive technologies for the new Diageo Customer Collaboration Centre in West London. Working together on an exciting brief, the two companies created the experience and coordinated the build of the centre; Arcstream AV collaborated to supply inspiring, flexible interactive offerings for retail solutions in line with the project outline.

Arcstream AV’s team of designers and technicians worked to a tight 12-week deadline to install visually engaging interactive content for the centre, which is split into nine zones, including a ‘central workroom’ for meetings and presentations, an ‘at home’ environment, as well as a supermarket, bar, convenience store and street scene.

Neil Dickinson, managing director of Arcstream AV explains: “Diageo needed a means of identifying the behaviour of shoppers in certain environments. The idea is to facilitate discussion and develop marketing strategy in accordance with trends and profiles. To this end, we created bespoke software and a number of technologies to make the facility interactive. We supplied 14 projectors which were controlled via two high-end media servers. In addition, we provided a touchscreen control pad by AMX and designed and built the control system.”
