Axe Tables by Christopher Duffy

October 17th, 2013 by retail design blog

You won’t need to be afraid of the Big Bad Wolf with the Woodsman Axe Tables. These tables are inspired by the Brothers Grimm fairy tale ‘Little Red Riding Hood’, as the imagined furniture of the woodsman. Winner of the Peta Levi Memorial Bursary 2010.

Materials: Solid Walnut, Light Oak or Ash from Forest Stewardship Council managed forests and other controlled sources. The solid hickory axes are specially imported from the USA, then polished to a mirror shine.
