Provoking travelers to be in permanent connection with the city they are visiting, this new hospitality concept seen in the Town @ House Street boutique hotel in Milan merges visuals of the streets in a vivid, hard to ignore collection of spaces. The creator of this unique concept, Alessandro Rosso, describes his vision: “The city becomes your fellow traveler. TownHouse Street is home with all the plus of a hotel, it is a house with the services of a hotel that you can have as at your own place.” He collaborated with Italian architect Simone Micheli to design a set of four PHS (Permanent hospitality spaces) with independent access and electronically controlled by an alphanumeric keyboard.

Guests access the rooms by introducing their reservation code received when booking the room on the web site. The four adjacent spaces compose a private suite of rooms – three of them spread over 35 square meters, while the fourth occupies 50 square meters. Each suite benefits from its own wardrobe, bathroom and kitchen. The Green Suite, the Orange Suite, the Red Suite and the Yellow Suite are not only comfortable, but they complement the impression left by the city itself. Turning a commercial space on the ground floor of a building in Milan proved to be a stunning example of how hospitality joins creativity in a successful project.
