Giovanni Rana, the most famous Italian pasta maker, arrives in New York with a flagship restaurant in the amazing frame of Chelsea Market. First goal is to stress the real Italian cuisine, far from the fake Italian that is overwhelming the whole world and New York above all. The definition “Pastificio & Cucina” add heart and tradition, hand made food, warm and good feeling.

The graphic mood adapts the Italian trulyness to the american building, giving a sense of manufacturing place, where quality and innovation are all together. The story of Giovanni’s success is told by old and new objects truly Italian. We have studied positioning, format and all the branding, together with architects.
