Samba Swirl is a low fat Frozen Yoghurt store located on one of the main high streets in Camden, London. The store interior and lighting was designed by Architect, Jonathan Mizzi from Mizzi Studios. The lighting effects were created by using InStyle DMX LED Tape which were programmed by Lighting Designer, Joe Watts from InStyle LED Ltd.

Some unique features of the project include the lights changing to the beat of the music playing in the store, the ability to change the colours of the lights when needed if the store has an offer on one of the fruits of flavours for example orange and yellow for orange and banana flavours.

The lighting around the Yoghurt machines change to a filling up chase when the leaver is pulled creative an interactive experience when creating your own frozen yoghurt, and lighting that runs across the floor also chases out of the store into the paving outside. The idea of the project was to bring the South American carnival vibe and spirit to the London high street, giving it a fun fresh look and feeling compared to the normal high street experience.
