In 1972 in Palmela, Portugal, the company Refrigue para o Frio L.D.A. was founded. In 1997 the polar bear became refrigue’s logo and the trademark Refrigue is registered. In 2002 Beach Company signs a licensing and distribution Agreement manufacturing casual and lifestyle outerwear. To date Refrigue products are available in over 1000 stores throughout Europe.
