Kahve Dünyası Fabrika complex is composed of 510 sqm cafe area and 1500 sqm of ice-cream production facility. Located in Kemerburgaz, a suburban area near Istanbul, the projected consisted of creating a new concept for the company that was more suitable for the rural neighborhood. Differing from existing stores, Kahve Dünyası Fabrika was designed to accomodate bakery and pastry workshops.

Aiming to be a part of the residents daily life, the design objective was to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. While the use of natural materials like wood and stone emphasized the feeling of outdoors, the choice of copper and carrara marble in the atelier sections created a less industrial cooking space for workshop participants. On the exterior, the iroko wood and pietra serena stone cladding helped the building to blend in with the landscape and local architecture.
