For the past nine years in a row, the architecture and design office stengele+cie., based in Frankfurt, Germany, has developed the Intergeo trade fair booth for LEICA Geosystems. From the keynote address to product innovations, the red and white look came to life last year at the world’s leading congress fair for geodesy and geoinformation. Visitors were delighted by the feeling of openness and the clear structures, which ensured quick orientation and targeted information.

“Creating a bold look and feel with powerful ideas and appropriate means should always be the goal. Trade fair visitors need clear directions, and customers want easy recognition,” said Volker Stengele, owner of stengele+cie. Over the past 20 years he has designed and implemented projects for Daniel Hechter, Heidelberger Druckmaschinen, JP Morgan, Telekom, and Toyota. He has already been contracted for the next Intergeo, set to take place in Berlin in October 2014.
