DATBAR bar restaurant by Dirty Hands, Newcastle – UK

April 8th, 2014 by retail design blog

An extensive building-site to launch-party dream project. Building on our existing relationship with the De Giorgis, we moved things up a gear with their latest bar / burger & pizza joint, DATBAR Newcastle!

Striving (as always) to do something totally unique for Newcastle, and to be honest, create a bar that we would frequent ourselves, we set about creating impossibly big murals, signage, branding, and all other collateral design work. To round it off we coordinated their whole social campaign and launch party. There’s nothing visual in there that we weren’t involved in creating, or didn’t get our hands dirty painting. Enjoy!
