‘Boarding completed, ready for take-off’ – immediately, the choice of the event location gave the guests of AstraZeneca’s convention, a feel of dynamic upswing. For two days, the legendary airport terminal of Berlin-Tempelhof, became the stage for a both impressive and inspiring motivation program illustrating to the pharmaceutical company’s managers and staff, the upcoming company development: “the only way is up“.

All show elements and actions – ranging from a 360 degree presentation and spaceship workshop to bike tour, life painting and flashmob, to the evening highlight, a performance by the band Sportfreunde Stiller – aimed at energizing the participants and making them part of a development that will lead AstraZeneca to new successes.
