Marie-Stella-Maris Archives by Masimo, Amsterdam – Netherlands

In the heart of the city Amsterdam you can find our very first store. The distinctive cinema light box wall inside the store makes an impressive presentation of our products. We offer a broad range of care products, which are manufactured in Sweden. Our collection of care products is made using high quality ingredients. Our collection of 120 products offers a broad range of soaps, oils, scrubs and other products for the skin, body and hair for all skin types. The collection also contains home products such as scented candles and room sprays. For each product you purchase, we contribute a fixed amount towards clean drinking water projects.

Together with Marie-Stella-Maris, Masimo developed the interior and furniture design for the label’s first physical store at a corner location in central Amsterdam. The narrow two-storey space presents Marie-Stella-Maris’ natural as possible care products on the ground floor, backlit by what can be called a ‘cinema wall’ that tells the story of Marie-Stella-Maris.

Centrepiece on the ground floor is a clean & fresh white counter that is designed for storage but also holds a sink and cash desk. The place is lightened by tube lights out of Masimo’s collection. A collage of vintage mirrors at the far end of the space hint at the basement level below, home to a coffee bar that serves up caffeine fixes and – naturally –the brand’s own mineral water.
