IRO, Venice – California

July 19th, 2014 by retail design blog

IRO announces its latest store opening with a 1,800 sq. ft. location on Abbot Kinney Blvd in Venice. The store layout and design are consistent with the IRO aesthetic; clean, streamlined and edgy. The space incorporates elements of exposed brick painted white, marble imported from Italy, glass and metal materials and recessed lighting. All of which complement the collection seamlessly.

Shoppers can expect a variety of supple leather jackets, day and evening dresses, silk tops, linen t’s and denim that reflect a nonchalant, easy chic style. For Fall 14, the collection remains casual and relaxed but sophisticated. There is a strong focus on interesting fabrics, texture and detail; including leather piping, stitching detail, lace and linen. Sheer panels and angular shapes are found throughout the collection of dresses, tops and skirts. A great addition to the expanding Abbot Kinney retail scene, IRO possesses a level of casual chic perfectly suited to its new location.
