Hong Kong-based luxury retailer Lane Crawford has returned to Shanghai with a big bang. We’re talking its new flagship store, seven years after the previous one closed down. This second effort totally outshines the first, as the flagship is the company’s biggest in size to date. It’s set over four floors with a total of 150,000 sq.ft. [13,936 sqm.] at Shanghai Times Square, a new mall in the city’s Xintiandi area.

It features a luxurious interior design by architecture practice Yabu Pushelberg that seamlessly blends with Lane Crawford’s aim to provide an unrivalled shopping experience. Located on the ground floor a special community space has been created. Called the Hub, it’s where a monthly program of activities take place, ranging from art installations, exhibitions, curated pop ups, lectures and workshops with different partners including brands, artists and designers.
