Bread & Butter Berlin 2014 Summer – ESPADRIJ

August 7th, 2014 by retail design blog

During the 80ies nearly everybody owned one pair of the comfortable & light summer canvas shoe with its sole made out of plant and rubber. Celebrating its big boom in the 80ies, this “classic” afterwards disappeared for a really long time. The label espadrij l‘originale brings the original espadrilles back to life. Whilst nowadays most of the espadrilles on the market are cheap, non-quality Asia productions, espadrij l‘originale offers established & reliable high-quality.

The comeback of a classic: espadrij l‘originale brings the original espadrilles back to life. Authentic and true. Our trademarks: a strong and high-quality canvas fabric and a solid, tough jute sole, covered with a water-resistant natural rubber. Our products are manufactured in a small village in the French Pyrenees, either by hand or at original old machines. The result: established & reliable high- quality, natural material and a distinctive unique look.
