HAM YARD HOTEL. In the midst of Soho and moments from Mayfair, Ham Yard Hotel has an urban village feel. The hotel revolves around a tree-filled garden with a bronze sculpture centrepiece by Tony Cragg. Alongside the hotel’s 91 individually designed bedrooms and suites are 24 apartments, 13 independent stores and a restaurant and bar with outdoor dining.
There is a drawing room and library, Spa and Gym, theatre, private event rooms and a 1950’s style bowling alley. The rooftop garden has sweeping views of the Soho skyline.

ROOMS & SUITES. There are 91 bedrooms and suites, each individually designed by Kit Kemp in her award-winning, modern British style. Her innovative mix of colour, pattern, texture and art is world renowned and her flair is perfectly showcased in the unique rooms and suites of the hotel. Each room is generously sized and features floor-to ceiling-length windows overlooking the leafy courtyard or across the London skyline.

The Terrace Suite can be 1 or 2 individually designed double bedrooms and features floor-to-ceiling windows and a terrace with views of the courtyard and London skyline. The spacious living room has a powder room, writing desk and a sleek designed Boffi kitchen. The bathrooms are a mix of granite and oak with double basins, walk-in shower and bath tub.

THE COURTYARD SUITE. The Courtyard Suite has been beautifully designed by Kit Kemp. It is light and airy with floor to ceiling warehouse style windows overlooking the hotel’s tree-filled garden. There is a separate living room with beautiful oak floors, a dining area and a powder room. It features a king size double bedroom with a bathroom designed in marble and oak with double basins, walk-in shower, bathtub and TV. The suite is defined by its impressive book-lined entrance hallway with its carefully curated library which includes fiction, biographies, history and travel books.

LUXURY ROOMS. Luxury Rooms are individually designed with floor-to-ceiling warehouse style windows with views overlooking the leafy courtyard or across the London skyline. They are spacious and light with a king size bed sitting area and writing desk. Bathrooms are a beautiful mix of granite and oak with double basins, a separate shower and a deep bath tub with TV.

SUPERIOR ROOMS. Superior Rooms are individually designed with floor-to-ceiling warehouse style windows with views overlooking the leafy courtyard or across the London skyline. They are spacious and light with a king size bed sitting area and writing desk. Bathrooms are a beautiful mix of granite and oak with double basins and a walk-in shower.

GUEST AREAS.The books in The Library and Drawing Room have been carefully chosen by literary expert Philip Blackwell, to inspire and entertain. The collection includes a large section on London, its history, arts, culture and politics and a wide selection on travel, world history and global issues as well as prize-winning literature.
