The new headquarters of the world’s largest global real estate service company affirms its vision for the next 20 years: open and collaborative, client-focused and unexpectedly progressive. Reflecting the nature of the firm’s passion, expertise and livelihood—buildings and structure—the new workspace features open benching, clear glass interior and perimeter offices, focus rooms and team spaces. Materials, finishes and graphics portray “pure” building elements such as concrete, raw wood, steel and glass, an emphasis brought home by the project’s LEED Gold certification.
