September 16th, 2014 by retail design blog

Carven has regained the limelight ever since Guillaume Henry took creative reign of the fashion label, and with the increased exposure and sales comes an expanding retail network. After opening up shop in Manila, the French fashion brand makes another southeast Asian debut in Jakarta. Nestled on the ground floor of plaza indonesia, one of the indonesian capital’s most exclusive malls, the carven store occupies a unit of 100 sqm. [1,076 sq.ft.] and features an interior that’s inspired by its flagship store on rue St. Sulpice in Paris. Minimal white mosaic tiles are paired with sober wooden shelving, sleek benches and display tables, while chunky floor mirrors optically increase the size of this compact store. The Carven shop carries the brand’s full range of women’s apparel, shoes and accessories
