Viet’s Choice restaurant at Plaza Hollywood by Livinism, Hong Kong – China

October 23rd, 2014 by retail design blog

An existing Viet’s Choice restaurant in a busy shopping mall needed a revamp. Livinism introduces a combination of different design approaches for each unique site. For this site, there was a need to bring in some bright colours to give a vibrant, refreshed look to our loyal customers in this particular location.

A bright, sunny yellow was chosen for this restaurant. Not only it is one of the Vietnamese flag colours but also a great colour to represent youth and fun. Since this shopping mall is located in a large residential development in Hong Kong, that hosts many young families, a strict colour scheme had to apply to all original art work, furniture and wall finishes to help reflect the “youth and fun” theme of the surrounding area.
