“Uit de Keuken van Maass” is selected ,from a mere 80+ entries, and granted the opportunity to sell their product, from a temporarily pavilion on the Zuidas in Amsterdam. “Uit de Keuken van Maass” prepares delicious take away meals with the best ingredients from the season. In the smallest of time with only 15 sqm. to work with Werkstatt65 designed and build a functional and iconic little pavilion.

It is shaped like a container, the black staked wooden outside gives the feeling of a barn and the glass windows and the revolving door tell’s you its modern. Inside we contrasted the industrial look of the refrigerators with the warmth of wood and the freshness of the little tiled counter. We also managed to create space for the customer who now can eat its “Uit de Keuken van Maass” lunch inside the pavilion when it rains.
