When we were gearing up our son’s nursery we were underwhelmed by the choices available from the major retailers. It was either the same plain budget range or design-led products costing an arm and a leg. So a year later, we created moKee. moKee is a young company focused on bringing baby design to parents across Europe. We want to give an alternative, something that will look good for modern parents but also bring it affordably and without compromising on quality. We have noticed that not much change has happened in a baby nursery design for the past few decades. moKee has been exploring different materials and other ways of creating infants objects that have not been changed for ages.

We decided to take the Moses basket and work on it from scratch, eliminating unnecessary parts and simplifying everything what was on a way to achieve perfection in style! This is how Wool Nest came into being. Our Wool Nest is hand crafted in Europe using high quality Australian wool felt to bring you a safe and cosy nest for your precious little one. Wool Nest offers a cosy and comfortable bassinet for babies up to 6 months. Made of the high quality wool that makes the baby feels as if it is still in the womb. Amazing felt qualities create a perfect environment for baby to relax. It is warm, muffling, soft but sturdy. To provide a better stability, inside on the bottom we placed a thin plywood on which you put a mattress. The mattress covers come in many different colours and fantastic patterns to add an extra touch. It is a great sleeping solution that fit in a tiny apartment.

It is important for us that moKee products will serve you long after your baby starts walking.
