Located on Brewer Street, the new full-service skate shop boasts marble floors, turntables, a specially curated selection of records for sale, and even a bevy of exclusive in-store-only product — including bench-made, gold-cast penny loafers from Portugal. Tanju also promises that a number of small collaborative capsule collections are on the way, each of which will only be available at the shop. Said Tanju of the space: I’ve been trying to do it for ages, really. I was just waiting to find the right spot. It’s a lot of work, but it’s all fun, really… It’s just a nice spot to hang out at.
