ADP Architects had developed the new offices of Vietnamese e-marketplace Cho Tot located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

ChoTot.vn is the largest e-marketplace and fastest-growing brand in Vietnam. The design brief for the new office is to stimulate innovation and encourage interaction.

The concept was chosen is Saigon street. The office looks like working on the street with roads, signage, food street. With open space, there has no distance between staffs and managers; it helps to enhance the collaboration. ADP also proposed various collaboration settings like informal meeting room, discussion corner with many styles of seating (swing, bean bags…) to change their feelings during the day of work, it helps their staffs to refresh and become more creative.

The pantry is the favorite area for many staff– a Food Street style with stool, food vendor cart, pantry station on the concrete floor. A space reminiscent coffee street, an interesting area to connect people, release stress feeling and improve work efficiency. By delivering a dynamic workspace, they could impress talent candidate and immediately create the desire to explore for anyone who entering to office. More important, the comfortable environment could bring much energy for people working inside and create cohesion relationship.
