An empty concrete and glass shell was transformed into a warm, highly textural space with extensive use of natural materials including; American white oak, black Spanish marble, off-form concrete and a splash of red furniture. Large grey felt Muuto pendant lamps are a feature in the centre of the restaurant — cocooning guests in an environment as appealing to students and families as it is to fine diners.
