Bam & Senju Restaurant by Metaphor Interior at Plaza Indonesia, Jakarta – Indonesia

The design is an interpretation of a modern contemporary Japanese design where executives can chill a while after work by having sake and tapas. Starting from an origami shape, the idea spreadheaded to form various eccentric detail elements that are repeated such as seen on the modern ceiling, floor pattern, chair handrest, wall pattern as well as the lighting fixtures. Bar table are widely used to cater young generation in Jakarta and to bring hype for this year. Mural Japanese female characters was added to create for such an iconic feature in this restaurant in which it also reflects the dynamic use of form.
