Following a store opening late last year, Feit has opened an equally stunning second location in the West Village. Reflecting its creative trajectory as a so-called neo luxury brand, co-founder Tull Price once again collaborated with artist + designer Jordana Maisie to create an interior that doubles as an installation. Aptly entitled installation two: volume and void, it’s an extrapolation of the duo’s first collab in New York City, and once again pairs raw and natural materials with digital technology. This has resulted in another timber-infused interior with a unique identity, prioritizing process, craft, and innovation, while pushing the tension between what is hand and what is machine made.

A key element in the design is the geometric shape which comes in stacked and duplicated form, creating volume and void throughout the premises. Both the architectural and lighting design play with the perception of depth, as one tries to distinguish where the boundaries within the space lie. Interestingly, the shopping experience will differ by season as adjustable white led’s change in colour temperature in accordance with summer, fall, winter, and spring. Feit’s new store carries the brand’s full range of classic designs and seasonal styles, as well as handling repairs.
