ICON Sales Offices by Kamus & Keller, Hollywood – California

Kamus & Keller have designed the sales offices for the new ICON office tower located in Hollywood, California.


One of Hollywood’s biggest landlords, Hudson Pacific Properties is currently building a distinctive 14-story office tower with the goal of becoming a cultural landmark in an exceptionally coveted location: the heart of the film and broadcast industry. In order to attract prospective creative tenants, Hudson required a leasing office infused with the edgy sophistication the area is known for.


In achieving the desired high-concept aesthetic, Kamus + Keller adhered to an aggressive project schedule while resourcefully value engineering where possible to maintain the Client’s conservative budget. The existing building conditions posed significant structural challenges, prompting careful insight and coordination between contractors, designers, consultants and the Client. The result is a visually dynamic yet functional presentation space featuring bold branding colors, imagery from Hollywood’s golden era, and a cosmopolitan exhibit area destined to entice creative industry clientele.
