Located at CHIJMES, Whitegrass is a 70 seat restaurant and outdoor terrace bar situated in a national monument building. Caldwell house was originally built in 1840 for a magistrates clerk and then later became part of convent complex. This restaurant is conceived as a series of dining rooms, each with its own distinct character. The design takes its inspiration from the classical architecture and domestic history of the building together with the contemporary nature of the cuisine.
