Samsung Service Center by Augenblick, Zürich – Switzerland

Following our work with Samsung on several other initiatives for the new Swiss headquarter of Samsung Switzerland we designed an in-house shop concept in a fabric style for customers and end users. The new service center will provide customers with fast repairs of their Samsung products.

The design approach was a mixture between fabric style and a relaxed area. The key challenge in creating was to rebuild an old fabric in a new building. This design supports the credibility of short and fast repair times of Samsung Products. In the shop was also built in 80” touch screen monitors.
