A timeless shop has been renovated by our office and reintroduces himself. POLITIA, in the heart of Heraklion has been renewed entirely. On the ground floor 18 m2, which is the main service area, the benches are designed in marble and tile fulfilling all hygiene requirements. Over the benches have become qualified construction fixtures, restored scales are light sources and general lighting was done using LED technology.

The staircase leading to the other levels in the restaurant, the basement where is the preparation room and the loft where the sanitary facilities are supported by a structure with sheet metal punch. Noticeable is the construction of engraved wood lining the left wall in a sweet shade of green. The entire façade of the shop is lined with sandy coating in earthy tones and particular emphasis has been given in the inscriptions, the design of the menu and the logos.
