With over thousands of students and by-passers a year, Il Makiage Academy functions as a facility that includes store, living room, offices, class rooms, a kitchen and a professional photography room. The design concept combines a lofty feel with behind the scene elements.

A distinct photography-styled framework divides two main open areas to create a soft divider between the makeup artists and the communal living space. In order to promote product branding, we created a multicolor eye-shadow wall element made from store products that welcomes the client as he/she enters the facility. This pattern forms the company’s logo.
