Standard Issue has designed a showroom for 3form, a manufacturer of resin materials and architectural solutions for interior and exterior applications. The 1,400 sq ft showroom is a light filled gallery-like space on the tenth floor of Chicago’s Merchandise Mart. The showroom design celebrates the introduction of the new 3form Color Portfolio.

The front of the showroom features 20 large colored resin disks suspended from the ceiling and slowly rotating to create a subtle and immersive experience. Each disk is a specific color chosen from the new 3form Color Portfolio. Visitors walk between the rotating disks to reach the rear of the showroom with custom furniture and lighting also fabricated by 3form and LightArt. The side walls are lined with 3form’s Edge wall system and Profile Panels.
