Omers offices by Spector Group, New York City

Spector Group has designed the offices of pension fund Omers located in New York City. Looking to increase connectivity and provide a fresh aesthetic, Spector Group’s design focused on the strategic layout of Omers’ new three-floor Park Avenue offices. Separating work areas from main meeting and social zones, the “hub” of the office is concentrated on the middle floor with reception, conference rooms and a café encouraging interaction and collaboration. Angled lighting set against a complimenting carpet layout highlights the deconstruction of linearity throughout the entire office, while an interconnecting stair, accented with a modern chandelier and marble steps allows employees to easily traverse the space.
