The Beer Cap or T.B.C. is a funky bar located on the market floor of the Commons, a open-plan community mall, where customers can order food from various vendors to complement their craft beer from T.B.C., available on tap or by the bottle.

The design of the bar was inspired by the Industrial Age with the use of old elements, manufactured materials and hard textures. The bar itself is decorated with a unique collection of colorful beer caps, a wooden countertop and bar stools to add warmth and character to the space. Whitespace transformed the surrounding area into an industrial warehouse by creating a second story accessible by step-ladder to the storage unit above together with the use of zinc pan-decking ceiling, blackened steel beams framing, and a recycled galvanised steel sheet wall.
