Following a lengthy search for an appropriate location, Bottega Veneta has at last arrived in Amsterdam’s emerging luxury retail landscape with a standalone boutique of its own. Situated on P.C. Hooftstraat, a sought after address for an increasing number of alluring names from the upper echelons of fashion, it occupies 140 sqm. of retail space, spread over a ground floor, mezzanine, and basement section.

The store interior follows the sleek design codes as laid down by Bottega Veneta’s longtime creative director Tomas Maier, featuring furnishings and fixtures as meticulously crafted as the merchandise on offer. Ultrasuede-clad walls are paired with a ceiling of subtly ridged timber, and the premises are dotted with a number of custom-made pieces that, such as cabinets, shelving and seating, that all allude to the the brand’s mantra of discreet luxury.

The upper two floors present Bottega Veneta’s women’s apparel, bags, shoes, small leather goods, eyewear, and jewellery pieces, and downstairs, the men’s domain can be found, showcasing small leather goods, shoes, accessories, and eyewear.
