Intrigued by the boundary between buildings and objects, Studio Note brings in an alternative purpose to mirrors. Typically conceived as furniture, this collection considers reflective surfaces as architecture itself rather than an object for human use.

Studio Note also explores the reflection of light, a characteristic feature of any mirror. Whether straight, curved or parallel, architectural lines typically intersect with light and shadows to create new intangible shapes. Therefore, designer Norihiko Terayama has extracted those lines and reflections found in architecture – transforming them into visible, concrete objects.
