Flexible Wood Floor Mats by Sitskie Design Studio

Anti-fatigue mats show up in restaurant kitchens and any workplace where there’s lots of standing involved, but if you think about it, we often do a lot of standing at home, whether it’s in the kitchen or at a standing desk, without any relief.

Traditional anti-fatigue mats don’t really fit into residential or office situations, which led Sitskie Design Studio to create a viable option, one that not only offered some comfort, but also looked good in the process.

Airea Floor is a patented flooring system that is made of wood tiles that sit atop a rubber base to become that sweet spot for those who are required to spend a lot of time on their feet. Airea Floor mats are made to stand up to heavy use and for easy cleaning.

If you spill something while cooking or your dog has an accident, there’s no need to worry – just sweep, mop, or wash with mild soap and water. Plus, you don’t have to worry about it collecting dust and allergens like regular rugs do so it can help cut down on allergies.

Despite being made of wood and rubber, it’s lightweight at just 4-1/2 pounds making it a cinch to move. Airea Floor is 40″ x 21″ and comes in Black, White, Gold, and Walnut.
