Lazy Cat Cafe by Span Design, Lidcombe – Australia

March 16th, 2017 by retail design blog

Right in the heart of Lidcombe shopping centre is where this gem of a café is located. The Lazy Cat Café is a relaxing place for informal gatherings, which has been composed of a theme of cats. The interior design fits the title of the café, but also brings a youthful, quirky and playful vibe to it.

The materials used; warm timber tables, industrial stools, copper pendants combined with the blue and patterned tiles and the different coloured upholstered chairs, lounge seating emphasizes the cozy atmosphere for patrons to enjoy. The ambience the lighting creates, quirkiness of the different colours used and the usage of greenery are elements that help form a space where it welcomes patrons to come relax and unwind.
